The hair in my ponytail sticks to the back of my neck, and I reach wipe small beans of sweat from my hairline. It is so hard to be healthy and active when it is so hot outside. The sun beats down on my fair, Irish skin, and I silently beg for shade. I miss breezes and cooler weather. Can it be autumn yet?
