His tiny hands mash the small, foam puzzle pieces into spaces that they don’t belong in. The concentration, and frustration, in his face is evident. Green in the blue spot, yellow in the red spot, but they just don’t fit. I try to show him, but he pushes my hand away. My stubborn toddler.
