How dare you. How dare you sit there and build your fellow women up. Telling them how wonderful and beautiful their bodies are. How they created life, that they should be proud, and should feel like queens. How dare you put us all on a pedestal, and in the same breath, tell us that the way that we brought life into this world is not the “right” way. That we are not real women, or as strong. How dare you. All women are strong. All women are beautiful. Whether you’ve bared a child, suffered a loss, pushed for hours, were told you could not conceive, do not want children, or had your baby pulled from your belly. You are beautiful, you are strong. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.
[In response to an extremely ignorant post on Facebook, belittling mothers who went through vaginal birth, as opposed to C-sections. Pregnancy, labor, and birth, are all beautiful, painful, emotional, insane experiences, and for anyone to say that you are not a true women for having a different experience, is awful. Be strong, mamas.]
