Hello, friends! I have something very exciting and wonderful to show you all today! Several months ago, I stumbled across a post by wordsmith extraordinaire, Matt from Normal Happenings, asking for Zelda fans for a collaboration project he wanted to do. I immediately jumped on board, and within a week, I was writing not one, not two, but three pieces for this seriously awesome project. I could have written more, but I felt crazy enough for writing three, so I refrained (tehehe).
Anyway! The wait is finally over, and as of this morning, “HYRULE: SEE THE SIGHTS! HEAR THE SOUNDS!” is officially live on Matt’s blog! I love it. I love it all so much! Aside from the phenomenal writing by nearly a dozen gifted writers, there is a beautiful, soothing Breath of the Wild ambient mix to accompany your reading, as well as a lot of imagery and artwork from the various games written about. It all came together so well, and Matt is nothing short of a genius.
(Also, the incredible header on this post was created by Matt as well, I kind of stole it, because I am feeling too lazy to make one, oopsies!)
For anyone interested in reading just my bits, I wrote about Great Bay, Lon Lon Ranch, and The Dark World (go check out the blog, it’s pretty easy to navigate through), but I highly recommend reading the works of all the writers who contributed, because honestly, they’re all so different, and so well done. Whether you’re a super fan of the series, a casual player, or completely clueless, you should still have a look!
Thank you again to Matt, for allowing me to be a part of this awesome project, and for putting up with my craziness whenever I would message you asking if I could add pictures, or music, or write just one more piece. I had so much fun writing for this, and the end result is incredible. I am so proud.
I hope you all enjoy it, too.

Much love. Thanks for reading!

It was so fun! Someone in the comments mentioned maybe doing a World of Warcraft one, which would be awesome, but there are SO many possibilities!

There might be another one in my mind’s eye, but this one took three months from planning to publishing. Lol I’m not sure I’m ready for that again right away. 😂
