Ow. Ow. Owwwwwww!
I’m so sore, you guys.
No gym for me today. I need to recover for a day. And hydrate. I had a really hard time sleeping last night, because every time I moved, it hurt. I could only sleep in one position, and even that wasn’t super comfortable. I also shattered my phone screen this morning while sitting outside with my son, drawing with chalk on our walkway. So, that is a huge bummer.
My legs are actually feeling better that I thought they would today, and only really feel sore when I sit down, or stand up… but my biceps and shoulders… oh my god. OUCH!
I’m going to focus on catching up on chores around the house today, and then go shopping tonight. I’m going to focus on getting some healthier stuff to stock our fridge and pantry with, as long as we can afford it. Hopefully, I can find some stuff that Kyle will eat, too.
Back to the gym tomorrow! I have 27 days left on my free membership. I need to use it as much as I can.
Now, where’s my ice pack?
